Pricing

Price the relationship by scope, complexity and responsibility.

Extended PR should be transparent about the commercial model while avoiding fake one-size-fits-all packages before enough engagements have been measured.

1

Assessment

One-time baseline and operating review. Scope depends on company size, systems, locations, departments and data quality.

2

Implementation

Project fee for integrations, dashboards, website work, reporting systems, automation, cleanup and other defined builds.

3

Ongoing oversight

Monthly retainer tied to monitoring depth, reporting cadence, number of modules and level of intervention.

Optional

Performance component

Selective success fees can be tied to clearly defined outcomes such as recovered revenue, margin improvement or measurable cost reduction. Not a vague percentage of all company growth.

Future

Portfolio pricing

Private-equity or multi-company relationships may use a portfolio-level base plus company/module scope.

Current public pricing should show the model clearly without inventing fixed rates before Extended PR has enough client evidence to price each operating level responsibly.
